Pathways Residences Achieves Outstanding Audit Results

Pathways Residences is proud to announce that all residences - Pathways Cronulla Pines, Pathways Sailors Bay, Pathways Killara Gardens, Pathways Longueville - have successfully completed their Renewal of Registration Audits with the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, achieving full conformance across all seven Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards. 

 

The audits involved extensive engagement with residents, families, team members and volunteers, along with a review of care practices, governance systems and service delivery. Commission assessors provided positive feedback on the quality of care, resident wellbeing, dining experiences, staff knowledge and Pathways' culture of continuous improvement. 

 

Building on this success, three Pathways residences are now applying for an Exceeding Rating, recognising care and services that go above and beyond the required standards.

 

This achievement reflects the dedication, compassion and professionalism of our entire Pathways community and our ongoing commitment to providing exceptional aged care where individuality, independence and peace of mind are paramount.
