Head of Community Engagement

Administrator

Administrators are the organisational backbone of each Pathways home. Providingprofessional, friendly support to residents, families, and staff, you’ll ensure dailyoperations run seamlessly—balancing empathy with efficiency in every interaction.

Lifestyle Manager

Lifestyle Managers curate enriching programs that bring joy, purpose, and connection todaily life. From creative activities to community engagement, you’ll lead experiencesthat nurture the mind, body, and spirit of residents.

Resident Experience Manager

Resident Experience Managers ensure every resident and family enjoys a seamless,personalised journey at Pathways. Blending operational excellence with warmth andempathy, you’ll help shape a positive and memorable experience for all who callPathways home.

Head Chef / Chef

Responsible for planning menus, ordering supplies, managing inventory, and preparing nutritious meals that meet residents’ dietary requirements. The role involves leading and working closely with kitchen staff to ensure meals are delivered to a high standard of quality, safety, and presentation. Success in this position requires strong culinary expertise, leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to enhancing residents’ wellbeing through enjoyable and nutritious dining experiences.
