Cronulla Pines offers a dedicated Memory Support community providing compassionate, person-centred care for residents living with dementia. Our specialised team supports individuals across all stages with personalised care in a safe, calm and familiar environment.

Thoughtfully designed spaces encourage engagement while also offering quiet areas for rest and reflection. Through meaningful activities and attentive support, residents are supported to remain connected, comfortable and at ease each day.

Pathways acknowledges that Voluntary Assisted Dying (VAD) is a deeply personal choice for eligible individuals under NSW legislation. While VAD is not directly provided within our residences, we respect residents’ rights to seek independent advice and support. Our team remains committed to providing compassionate care, guidance and dignity throughout every stage of a resident’s journey.

Cronulla Pines offers short-term respite care for individuals who require temporary support following a hospital stay, during recovery, or when family carers need time to rest. Residents receive the same high standard of personalised care, accommodation and hospitality as our permanent residents. Respite stays can also provide an opportunity to experience life at Cronulla Pines before making a longer-term care decision.

At Cronulla Pines, end of life care focuses on comfort, dignity and compassionate support for both residents and their families. Our experienced clinical team works closely with healthcare professionals and loved ones to ensure care plans reflect each resident’s wishes and priorities. We aim to create a calm, supportive environment where residents can feel respected, comfortable and cared for during this important stage of life.

Residents at Cronulla Pines have access to THRIVE by Pathways, a specialised wellbeing program designed to support strength, mobility and overall health. Located within the Kurranulla Wellness Centre, THRIVE offers physiotherapy and exercise physiology through both group programs and personalised consultations. These supervised exercise programs help residents maintain balance, improve strength and continue participating confidently in everyday activities.

– Doctors list
– Fee summary table

This assessment is completed by an assessor from the ACAT team. You will require an ACAT assessment to determine if you are eligible for residential care or residential respite care. This assessment along with your pre admission meeting allows us to ascertain the best approach in relation to your individual care needs.
