Esperanza Arias Calli
Esperanza is an experienced healthcare leader and Registered Nurse with a strong background in operational excellence, clinical governance and aged care management.
As Chief Operating Officer at Pathways Residences, she leads operational strategy and performance, drawing on extensive leadership experience to support high-quality care and continuous improvement for residents and families.
Chief Financial Officer
Zonica Jansen Van Vuuren
Zonica is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years’ experience across finance leadership, audit and operational management, including extensive experience in the aged care sector.
As Chief Financial Officer at Pathways Residences, she oversees financial strategy, governance and reporting, supporting sustainable growth, operational excellence and long-term value.
Head of Risk and Compliance
Gabrielle Halbgebauer
Gabrielle is an experienced healthcare leader and Registered Nurse with over 15 years’ experience across aged care, hospital and consulting environments, including Intensive Care leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic.
She currently works as a specialist consultant at Anchor Excellence, providing strategic advice and supporting organisations to improve governance, quality and performance across the aged care sector.
