From our management team, right through to our catering, lifestyle, administration and care staff, we are focused on achieving the same goal – through each and every interaction to successfully deliver our values of Harmony, Respect and Trust to each resident.

“Both my parents were cared for at The Pathways Cronulla Pines in their final months / years. My Father from cancer and my Mother with Alzheimers. The facility is modern and clean and the overarching culture which comes from the top down is one of care and compassion. I believe The Pathways Cronulla Pines is a model of how things should be done ”
