Your Feedback

Your feedback is important to us.

Residents, families and friends having a clear say in what is important to them allows us to improve our services, our approach, and ultimately the quality of the care we provide to help improve resident wellbeing and experiences.

CarePage, a third-party service, have developed a survey system to help you have your say. Click the link above to be taken to their survey page, where you can give your feedback not just about our services but our staff, the food, the facility and more.

Your feedback can be anonymous. If you prefer to provide your feedback over the phone or in person, you can reach out to our Operations and Quality Manager Diana Gautier to arrange this at admin@pathways.com.au.

Alternatively, if you are in a Pathways Residence, feedback forms are available at every nurses station, and staff will be able to assist you in completing an electronic survey should you wish to provide feedback on a mobile or tablet device.
