Currently available Support Roles
Cleaning
As a cleaner, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, hygienic, and comfortable for its residents. Your duties may include cleaning and sanitising resident rooms, common areas, and bathrooms, as well as ensuring that cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
In addition to daily cleaning tasks, you may also be responsible for performing periodic deep cleaning tasks, such as shampooing carpets or polishing floors. You’ll work closely with other staff to ensure that the facility is operating smoothly, and you may also have the opportunity to interact with residents and provide them with friendly and courteous service.

Laundry
As a member of the laundry team at Pathways Residences, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that residents’ clothes and linens are washed, dried, and returned to them promptly. Your duties may also include sorting and labelling residents’ personal items, as well as maintaining an inventory of laundry supplies and equipment.
You’ll play a vital role in providing residents with clean and comfortable clothing and bedding, which can have a significant impact on their quality of life. You’ll work closely with other staff to ensure that residents’ needs are met and that the laundry room is operating efficiently. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to build relationships with residents and contribute to a positive living experience for them. Maintenance
As a member of the maintenance team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that the facility’s physical infrastructure is well-maintained and functioning properly.
