We offer a wide range of services, from residential aged care, respite and luxury lifestyle options to person-centred palliative care and diverse memory support for those with a diagnosis of dementia. We currently own and operate three aged care residences in the Sydney suburbs of Northbridge, Killara and Cronulla, with a new addition to the Pathways Group set to arrive in Longueville early 2025. Our team provide outstanding nursing care, service, dignity and compassion. Programs are developed in consultation with residents to add meaning and quality to their lives by focusing on their individual well‐being.
DINING EXPERIENCE
Central to each Pathways residence is a dining experience that is beautifully presented and nutritionally balanced. Using the finest produce on offer, our on-site Executive Chef presents restaurant-quality menus that are constantly changing and freshly prepared every day.
Individual dietary requests and cultural preferences are accommodated wherever possible. We believe dining is as much about social interaction as the food itself. In addition to restaurant-style dining rooms, private dining rooms are available, allowing family and friends to share in the dining experience.

Opened in August 2016, Pathways Cronulla Pines is a purpose-built 169-bed aged care facility with Dementia Specific Unit, located adjacent to the Cronulla Golf Course.
